With the power of AI, John Hardy's luxury jewellery became more than just pieces; they became personalised, sentimental experiences.

John Hardy, a luxury jewellery brand came to us with a problem. Their high price point was putting off potential customers. So our challenge was to encourage customers to invest in more expensive gifts by leveraging the sentimental value associated with each piece.

Using AI technology, we developed "The Moment Maker," an innovative experience that focused on personalised, sentimental gifts. By mapping out the recipient's unique traits, users would receive product recommendations and a personalised summary, ensuring they selected the perfect gift for that person. 

By providing tailored suggestions, we helped customers feel more connected to their gifts and more willing to invest in higher-priced items.
